Hand-Crafted Photography
My platinum/palladium prints were featured in a three-person exhibition during October at Lawrence Street Gallery in Ferndale (MI). Over the last couple of years I've been learning more about this vintage photographic process that's over 100 years old and produces prints with rich balck and gray tones. Photograph Wins Gold Medal Award
My photograph “Cattail” is the winner of the prestigious Gold Medal award in the 97th Annual Gold Medal Exhibition at Detroit’s historic Scarab Club. The award is the Scarab Club’s highest and most esteemed prize presented to its members, and this marks the first time it has been given for a photograph. The winning photograph of a cattail was taken in the studio with a single strobe light and a black background. |  |
